I was going to say exactly the same thing lol, he's too nice looking !
It's amazing how much effect can be created simply by taking the picture at an angle ( called a Dutch Tilt in TV speak, don't know if it's the same in photography ) as in picture 1. That angle alone adds a sense of " street "

Nice shots, if you after the view of the yoof today how about taking it mono added some noise and upping the contrast and a little darken. May get the look you're after?
