Waterfowl

I'm not that clued up when it comes to Waterfowl but I'm lucky to work on the River Tay so can grab a few shots at lunchtime.

Geese of some sort but not sure which. The white bit on beak made me wonder about a white-fronted geese but I'd be guessing.

Oystercatchers. I'd quite like to get these guys with a wider lens to try and convey the large numbers within the landscape but that's for another day. Here's just a couple of cropped long shots.

Shelduck I think. Males with the bobble on the bill ?

and some Curlew.

Re: Waterfowl

Some lovely shots. I have to say waders are not my strong point so without research not sure re the geese.
