In terms of the timing. We thought it best to try and get the puppy stage out of the way before James reaches the crawling stage and before Skye (14) gets to the 'delicate' age.
Breagh (6) will appreciate a younger dog to run with too as Skye can't be bothered with longer walks anymore.
Long term we plan to have two daogs rather than three so thre's no denying the fact that there's a bit of 'overlapping' in our plans but Skye will love having a pup about the place and hopefully the pup will learn from him rather than Breagh LOL
