Real Cowboys
Real cowboys doing real cowboy work! I pass a rodeo contracter's ranch whenever I go up to the LSNWR...they have a small arena too...yesterday I saw the trucks and trailers parked at the loading chutes and these guys out rounding up the bucking bulls, roping steers and bucking horses to take to a rodeo some place, not here at Carter's Corner. I thought I had taken several shots but come to find out a bit later the battery went...got a spare these days though...Shirley

What a shame the battery went Shirley - you will have to revisit as I'm sure they will make great photography subjects

Thank you for the notes on this picture...I have gone by there when they are having a rodeo and wish I could stay to watch...Mom would be home alone as Sis would leave her there after church...she imagines so many perils for me when I am late that I just head on home...also the ground to walk from the parking area to the rickety looking grandstand looks risky for my wobbly legs. So I go past...Shirley
