The Highland Laddie
The photo as promised folks . . . Nero in the Gordon highland dress.
My dad left the kilt to me when he passed away 15 years ago, it's lain unused for 15 years, I was at a posh birday party last November and 2 chaps were in highland dress, I felt so guilty at never wearing this outfit so I made an effort to get it all sorted out, I had to buy a few odds and ends like the sporran etc; it's great walking down the high street and even total strangers stop and ask what tartan it is.
This is the formal outfit, there is a casual one which is a tweed jacket with green hose for everyday use, there is also the formal dinner jacket which is black and slightly shorter . . . . OK, you can all stop laughing now.
