Compositionally, it is a great shot, as people have posted.
As there is no exif data, it is difficult to say what went on technically, but it seems to me while the the woman's eyes are pin sharp, the little girl's face is slightly out of focus.
Much better, I think, had the focus been on the little girl's nose and the camera stopped down to get everything else in focus, would have made this very good photograph into a real belter of an image.
Just my opinion.
