Weather over the Olympic Football Stadium
A short while ago I posted a pic of sunset over our local Olympic Stadium.
In the daylight it looks like this from my balcony...which is a pain as the England Ladies Olympic Football Team is about to square off to the Canadian team, and there are 37,000 people trying to get there. Most of them past my flat...tonight is not a good night to want to drive anywhere
As I took that photograph, purely because I'd not actually photographed the Ric*Cough*Coventry Olympic Stadium from my flat before, it started to rain. I'd just been looking at ShirleyMarie's cloud pictures, so this may have made me look, but this is what the surrounding sky and area looked like moments after I took the pic of the stadium
If I'd not just read ShirleyMarie's post I'd never have looked, I think...

It just this second occurred to me...they say we don't live in a world of magic, and yet there we are walking about with a thousand tonnes of water floating above our heads...
