Pulborough Brooks RSPB
A trip out to Pulborough Brooks nature reserve was quite disappointing on the day i visited. All the wet weather had played havoc here as well. I did however get to see my 1st Egret in the UK here, and my 1st Little ring Plover. But both were too distant to capture well on camera.
The day was not all bad, watching these Fallow deer certainly made up for the disappointing bird turn out.

I thought so too Laura. I had to ask somebody in the hide what they were as i had never seen Fallow so dark.
They have such fantastic characters, spent quite a while watching them.

These really jump off the screen, never see Fallow this dark, 1 and 2 are my favourites.

Thank you Brian. I think this is a 1st sight for everybody that have viewed these images. Majority of people have said the same thing about them being dark

Fine set and lovely animals to observe.
Is there some sort of noise reduction going on in some of these? Number one has quite a smooth appearance in the hair ?
