Domestic birds
I once had a gander like this and he was a delight to have around...rescued him from a dinner he was invited to...but was in a windowless small building when I heard him honking...looked and felt sorry for him...bought him for 5$ and he lived free for the rest of his life on our farm..until a fire burnt the barn and trapped him and other livestock inside.
Found all of these birds along the road...Shirley

Sorry to hear that some of the birds were trapped in the barn when there was a fire Shirley. Like the 3rd image though

Thank you, Zounds and Lost for the comments...this an Egyptian gander and Guinie hens...we also lost my son's pet dog and 18 purebred Holstein heifers in the fire, plus farm machinery and baled hay...was on Halloween eve...a huge loss for use. Shirley
