Sea Swallow or the Arctic Tern.

Long distant migrant from Arctic to Antarctic and back again. Soon be back my way, and a specialty of the Farne Islands.

The chicks are something else.

Re: Sea Swallow or the Arctic Tern.

Thank you Bob, Kay, Fogey, and Ken, you have to be so careful when walking around the Farnes as the chicks are underfoot and as your keeping an eye overhead for the adults can easily be stepped on..
