While up in the lakes, had a wander up the Langdale Pikes, did a lit whilst waiting for sunset!!

Hi Steve, I find shot number two more appealing, I think it's the way the clouds look like they surround the peak, also the valley is brighter.

Both are superb bit no1 for me had my eyes popping out when I first looked. I like the way the sun shines down into the shadow of the valley.

I like them both, in NO 1 the darker shadows and foreground rock work well, in NO 2 the people add to the scale.
