Hi Z, I've been told it flew in with two Canada Geese and they are now constant companions. When I snapped it they never strayed more than a few feet apart.

They are classed as escapes, the nearest feral population is in the Netherlands. An Asian species that will probably breed here eventually, as have Mandarin Ducks to form a self sustaining population.

Hi Skyline, Haven't been as active on here of late. I will celebrate my 84th. birthday this month and age and arthritis are tending to slow me down a bit. As long as I can keep a grip on the camera though I intend to keep on snapping. Thanks for your kind regards.
