Violets
I am amazed! Tried 3 or 4 times to post this morning and got nowhere...redid my post and tried the preveiw and here it is.
Azz sent me a link to some answers for this problem but that freezes my computer...copied and pasted that link in a browser bar and the same freeze so never read that info...I get to post about once in 10 tries...Shirley

There seems to be an issue with load times in YOp last few days Shirley, most of the time its okay but on occasion it is taking a while to post, and then sometimes it tells you that your post is duplicated.

Very pretty flower, but the photo is very noisy and that spoils it a bit.

Nice flower but lots of noise as already mentioned, what settings have you used ( ISO)and is it heavily cropped.

These violets are very small. about my thumb nail sized (I have small fingers)
I didn't use any noise reduction on this one, liking the noise as "texture"
since I have used digital noise reduced at 30% and edge saving noise reduction at 2%, so I could see the difference...and there is more then I realized. And the lost of crispness and slight details that I don't like...
Anyway, thanks for the comments and the discussion on the noise...I do sometimes leave the noise as a texture...Shirley
