Mind your P's & Q's

Post was mainly dodge and burning and the use of the transform tool.

Re: Mind your P's & Q's

Fab idea - not sure if I like the shot, I find it a little unsettling, but it is certainly eye catching! I think it's very well executed! Well done indeed!

Thanks Laura
I'm glad you find it unsettling Just out of curiosity, what is the most unsettling about it?

That's very different. Looks like a cartoon drawing. All Chinese to me what you said

Re: Mind your P's & Q's

Has the model really got a chin like that or have you elongated it.

The image stands but as someone earlier said it looks a bit cartoonish. Not that there is anything wrong in that.

Very good techniques displayed in this image.

Re: Mind your P's & Q's

Thanks Steve. no, the chin was elongated by the transform tool. The cartoonish look is down to a lot of dodge and burning. I like that sort of look and am still trying to fine tune it.
Oh and Its a self portrait.

Re: Mind your P's & Q's

I do like this style of P&P, and this is a cracking example.
