Robin

Taken today at a little bit of woodland where I have some feeders went up mainly to stock the feed up its only 10 min walk but was a quite windy as you can see in first shot but still managed a couple...This guy was quite some distance away in between branches and twigs so quite pleased really...

Re: Robin

I like these cheerfully colored little birds...I found it so windy Sunday that I saw a Red headed Vulture "stuck" with the wind, head up, tail down, wings out and goint backwards! These are huge birds and very strong fliers so the wind above me had to be darn strong! Again, good pics of the little robind..Shirley

Re: Robin

Good shots Owen.
They are one of the most photographed birds. Very rare i go out and dont take a shot of a Robin. I nearly went one better on Sunday, holding my hand out to one i was within 5 inches away from him, i think if i had of had food with me it would of eaten out of my hand.
