Was bored one night last week so was thinking what can I photo in the house as it was dark and wet outside seen something similar in a magazine but thought I would try a little different...

Certainly different Owen. Its what still life photography is all about, seeing a photo in everyday inanimate objects. Did you achieve what you set out to achieve in your minds eye??

Its all about having that vision in the 1st place, and then being able to portray it well on camera
