Aw thanks lovely..they were a strange ww11 construction to stop the enemy landing at low tide,

Sad to say.........they were successfully attacked..

..............................by the 'Home Guard' ( shakes head and rolls eyes) lol

Mark..........I don't know if it is down to sheer serendipity or some kind of fate.

15 years ago I picked a bottle from the beach in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elie_and_Earlsferry,,with a message. and she and I are still great friends today..

No hand of friendship should go ignored ,,and the rewards are amazing, :0 xx
