I really like this a lot - very different, very appealing. The second flower makes the shot. The only thing I might tweak would be to just slightly play with curves to darken the background and brighten the flowers ever so slightly

I like it too, wasn't sure at first, but came back for a second look Agree with Laura about tweaking the background maybe, so you lose the lighter spots under the big flower.

I din't want to totally darken the backgound..more give it a twilight feel with a little light picked up around here and there.

Hi Daisy, the thing about this image to me is the perception of depth, it reminds me of something looming out of the dark depths of water for some reason.
