Re: Canal watching..2 takes

Jols? You got Picnik Pro?

It was a mix of cross process,60's stlye and a watered down 'satellite ..right to the 70percent fade.

The second was a complex curves and levels fade and pepped highlights with a gritty efect.........faded until correct with exposure tweaks.

Re: Canal watching..2 takes

I love the effects, looks very Instamatic late 60's early 70's to me. Not sure about the actual pictures though... 1) looks a bit cluttered and not really focussed on anything particualrly... 2) prefer this as a picture, but prefer reminiscing back to the 60/70s with the effect of number 1.

Daren't point my camera at little girls... can imagine being considered some perv...

Re: Canal watching..2 takes

Agree with BC - love the processing, not too sure about the photos, as I don't think the angle (particularly in the second) is quite right. I do like the first, it is a little cluttered, but then, it's showing that the girls are looking towards the buildings, whereas in the second the buildings have less interest.

Re: Canal watching..2 takes

Nice effects - the first seems more 70's than 60's to me but I could be wrong.
