While I quite like the processing (though I'd have gone slightly more contrasty, and a bit darker TBH) - I find the grasses over his face too distracting really. I think they may be too close to him, and too close to the skin colour, so they don't stand out much - which makes them look 'in the way' rather than part of the shot. Perhaps it would work better in colour? Or a hazy colour shot, rather than the buttery mono you have it in?
