Old hunters lodge
Took this back in 2007 with my old camera (Canon 5D), just did a bit of a re-edit & crop. Any feed back and comments are welcome, good or bad

Nice shot Love the colour and clarity and sharpness My only niggle is that I'd like the trees to 'finish' as it were, and not be chopped

Fascinating building, well exposed, and sharp, and like the composition too, agree about the tips of the trees cut off, but that is a slight niggle, and if you had come in closer, it might not of been the same, and this could of been as wide as you could of gone without adding something unwanted etc.

Sort of agree with the above for the good points, but overall I don't like the (too) central position and the chopped trees.

Agree with the comments made already Ken - nicely exposed and sharp
The central building with trees each side is nicely balanced but (in my opinion) the composition doesn't really work. Everything seems to be a similar distance from the camera creating quite a 'flat' image lacking foreground interest and ultimately depth.

Nice! I saw one on Grand Designs not long ago (as it was in Wales) and they did a great job of converting it.. it's on the market for about £3M !!
