Path to nowhere

Not really a picture for crit, other than its from Flikr, and so is it sharp? Not oversharpened and does it look ok?

Leaves on the bush bottom right and the railing on the left looks sharp to me. Then as the pictures goes back it looks as it should, nice and clear...to me Then the tress at the back have a touch of dof. As I don't know what I'm really talking about I hope this helps a bit until someone comes along
