Not a bad shot, and pretty well exposed 
One tip I always follow for bird (and in fact all animals!) shots is to make sure you're at eye level with them this one seems to be looking down a bit, and we don't get to see the eye contact with the camera (or even the animal looking off into the middle distance), or the lovely catchlights that so make a photo.
This one's quite pretty for a Muscovy, normally pretty ugly birds!

LOL! Often the way! I should add, I don't 'always' follow the above tip - I usually try to - unless I'm specifically after something different, or there's no other way I can get a record shot of something I want a memory of
