Sherri's Tulips

I stopped for lunch today at Sherri's Restaurant and noticed the beautiful flower bed out front. These are a couple of the captures of in-season tulips.

Re: Sherri's Tulips

I love this..beautiful clarity and colour in the dappled sun.

Not over keen on the invasive frame which I feel cuts into a beautiful image.

I've added a second and third shot without the frame for you to view.

Re: Sherri's Tulips

That is so lovely..

The detail and colours just 'sing out'.

The frame in the first interests me because it drops behind the image and I have only seen it used here but I feel it doesn't add to the image and sort of contracts the eye..if that makes sense.

Re: Sherri's Tulips

Hi Bob,

I have to agree with Daisy on the first shot, also the tulip on the left looks a bit strange as it's bending away from the camera.

Now shot number two is on the money I think, I like everything about this shot
