New Zoo Photos
Yeah, the sun came out today. It's been weeks since we saw that strange yellow globe in the sky. I'm not holding my breath that it will be back anytime soon.
With the fair weather I headed straight for the Portland Zoo. My favorite Lorikeet Landing was open once again so I took advantage and photographed a new addition to the gang, a brilliant red Lorikeet.
I managed a few good shots of a tiget that was out sunning himself as the crowds poured into the zoo. There was no admission fee today to start Spring Break for the school kids. I'm telling you there were thousands of the little rug rats everywhere. I hope you like the new members of my zoo collection. Oh, and these were all taken with my new Leica V-LUX 20 pocket camera.
