Fish out of Water
Well it is in water, but almost doesn't look it
The salmon are back to sporn and I don't think I've ever seen so many in the 10 years I've lived by the Tweed.
Was out with the dogs this afternoon and took this shot of one of them. I know its not tack-sharp, but bearing in mind the pool it was in was under a bridge and the camera was handheld, I don't think it came out too bad.

The water does look very clear - opposite of the rivers round here, all polluted! (We get salmon too - but I've never seen any lol)

Well spotted Hali - they're certainly not easy to photograph.
We're up at Loch Tay most weeks visiting Karen's parents but missed the festivities of the opening of the river Tay Salmon fishing on Jan 15th which is a shame as it's a great day out photography wise.
