Swansea Beach

First time I have seen snow on the beach myself.

Re: Swansea Beach

That's lovely Jessica. The only thing I'd be inclined to clone out is the spiral bit of the fence

Re: Swansea Beach

Now I would disagree Azz, I think the fence makes the composition. Leads the eye into the picture perfectly.

Jessica, This is a nice photograph that has a lot of potential. There are two basic mistakes that have been made, in my view.

First, the horizon could do with straightening a tad - counter-clockwise by about one degree and secondly, when taking a seascape try to get the horizon at either one third to show more of the sky or two thirds to show more of the foreground. You will be surprised how that will improve the composition of an image.

In this case the horizon at one third so that the spiral fence is at the bottom of the frame, leading the eye into the picture.

Other than that, this is a cracking shot. Well done.

Nice shot Jessica, with this light it takes on a very dramatic look.
