It's getting very deep Azz. That was this morning and it's snowed all day long since then.
At least I'm not driving (because of the arm) and the schools are shut tomorrow so Karen isn't teaching either so no pressure to go anywhere.

Let me guess, there's a van under there somewhere. Since I retired I don't have to go anywhere. 
Your photo did bring back memories Phil. Two years ago I almost got stranded at work late on a Saturday night because of a horrible week of snow. It wasn't nearly as bad as that depicted in your photo but it wasn't much fun.

I think you're going to need more than a shovel.Just hope that lot isn't coming my way - I made it into work this morning...don't fancy camping on the office floor overnight if I can't get home again.

Managed to get down to the village shop on foot today for a few 'essentials' - it's like a scene from a disaster movie.
No idea what's going to happen when the shop runs out of stock.
Might manage a wee dram tonight !
