Lovely shot Karl - it's subtle which works well but I think a more punchy 'contrasty' version would work too.

Thnx...i hear what your saying and have added a bit more contrast though any more and the effect would look too dark and may lose the fog?

I have just had a play with the photograph and yes, you are right - you do lose something with the contrast.
Try altering the tonal value with 'Curves'. That will darken the picture and still leave the misty feel to the image. It also shows the rays of the sun to better effect in the sky.
The image now positively shimmers.
