Growing up fast!

*Lily update*
Lily is growing so quick, she is mad as a box of frogs, and very cuddly, a cat that actually loves water, she keeps splashing around in the dogs water bowls She is going to be much bigger than Daisy, they are getting on well too. Mack obviously hasn't eaten her yet, and Meg is still being a surrogate Mum. Building a cat run, is next on the agenda, looked at ready built ones, and the ones I like are just silly prices, so going to be doing it myself

Re: Growing up fast!

Love the composition in this one with the tack sharp face perfectly placed. Did you simply use a shallow depth of field or post process to get the difference in focus?

Re: Growing up fast!

Thanks Bob, shallow DoF was used, and good natural light from behind me and to the left of me. I am going through a natural light phase at the moment

I am so into natural lighy Suz I sold my SB900 flash along with two lenses to be able to afford my new D7000 camera body. I have such good tripod gear available light & long exposures are easily best for me.

Re: Growing up fast!

She's looking great.

Our 'liitle' Casper is fast becoming a Lion - you should see the state of my hands !

The dogs (Skye, Fingal & Breagh) are 'used' to him now although they've all got scratched noses.

Unlike the dogs Paddy and Murphy (the cats) have kept the upper ground on him though - quite fascinating.

If the wee beggar will keep still for long enough - I'll try and get some pictures.
