Hmm - too much grey for me Dawn, not enough black or white, but it is a really gorgeous photo - maybe just better in colour - even muted colour? Great shot though, just not sure about mono!

Hmm - perhaps really overstaurate? Mightn't work, but make it as vibrant as you can!

I like the mono shot.
I know what the others mean by too much grey but the bird itself is is OK. A much darker background would really make a difference I think.
