We've got a new kitten
Thought you may like to see Casper !
After a little bit of swithering we collected this little fellow for Hannah from our local shelter.
He's got his pen set up just while he gets used to everything.
His health notes say he's a healthy clean cat - certainly uses his litter tray very well anyway.
I can see why it said 'very playfull' - I've been 'star jumped' a few times already and Karen's been 'run over' on the sofa during one of his zoomies.
I'd forgoten what they were like at this age - mad, crash, sleep, mad, crash, sleep.
No doubt some fun and games to come.
2nd injections due in a few weeks although rather than go to our vet we've to get them done at the vets that the shelter use as they're already paid for. The shelter took a donation from us.
Hannah loves him already despite the prickles.
Anyway - just a few snappy snaps but here he is.......
he was allowed to bring his fluffy dog home

Since these were taken we've introduced Murphy to Casper properly out of the pen.
Murphy just stood there without much of a care whilst Casper twitched and stalked. Casper eventually made a zippy run towards him and BOSH - a big left hook to the nose.
Perhaps we'll try again tomorrow.

He is lovely how exciting for you all, he has beautiful eyes, he is smashing. Sweet name too.It's crazy how much energy they have, and then suddenly just stop and crash out for a quick snooze and then they are off again.
Seems we both had forgotten what kittens were like
Murphy's face is identical to how Daisy's was, "You, have to be joking,it's staying?". Daisy has been the hardest to come round to Lily, just doing it slowly seems to have worked, and no major dramas from her, and she let's Lil know when she's had enough
