Fishplate

You probably dont know what a fishplate is,but there for joining two sections of railway track together.I went for a walk this morning down the old disused railway and it just stood out at me in the early morning sun with the brown rust & shadows.

and one i took little while ago of concrete steel reinforcing bars all wired together for a new bridge being made.
