Re: Christmas Presents

It's nice Bob tho, I do feel the one on the left is the odd one out as the other two have green backgrounds. You could try moving it to the middle?

The arrangement has not been set in concrete. I simply combined these three into one photo to make posting easier. In fact they will each be individually framed so that my friend can hang them any way he wants.

Re: Christmas Presents

I like them a lot - but agree with Azz about moving the other to the middle if it were to be a triptych - to make it more balanced! Lovely!

Re: Christmas Presents

They look great Bob! The purple colour is amazing. Giving photo gifts for Christmas is the best. I'm sure your friends and family will love those flower pictures!

Re: Christmas Presents

Lovely images that will make a really special, personal gift.
The first thing that popped into my head when I looked at them was the same as everyone else that the one of the left doesn't really fit in the set. I might also be tempted to see if I can make the greens more complementary between the other two.
Kit 1
Canon 550D
Canon 50mm 1.8
Sigma 30mm 1.4
on loan: Tamron 90mm
Kit 2
Canon 300D (in use by my 10 year old)
