Sandwich for Victoria
T had to take an English food into school last week, so I thought a cake would be easiest to transport on the bus, and then share.
So I made a Victoria sandwich (if it's good enough for Queen Victoria and Mrs Beeton, thought it would do) Had to substitute whipped cream for Buttercream though, as I thought the heat, school bus, etc, it was going to be rank by the time they ate it.
Oh, and I made a choc cake too...

No matter what crappiness has happened, I just tune it all out when cooking. If I am really mad I go into the kitchen, and take it out on the cooker

I love baking - I can't wait until we get our bakery back up and running - will have much to photograph then I've missed it the past couple of months
