Gone retro, and bought an Instant camera

I have some photographic vouchers I won, and have been itching to spend them, but, for once resisted until I knew what I definitely wanted. I decided to blow $100 of the vouchers on something I'd never normally buy, so bought a Fujifilm Instax, and film.

Was going to buy a Polaroid 600 but when you see the price of the film, and of course as they no longer make them, it will keep rising. Then looked at the Polaroid 300's, and realised they are rebranded Fujifilm Instax with a Polaroid price tag.

So,going to have some fun with this new toy

Re: Gone retro, and bought an Instant camera

LOL it hasn't arrived yet.

I LOVE film, and a camera where you get the print immediately, what's not to love, and it's something I'd never normally buy.

It's like the Lensbaby, you either love or hate instant prints, I love them , and I love the whole nostalgia thing too.

I love something tangible that you can hold in your hand, and look at, you don't get that with a digital camera. I like instant gratification Going to use it when I do portraits, think it will fun to give someone an instant print or two straightaway.

I still have $450 in vouchers to spend, but I am being sensible with that
