Oh no, Ive done it again !

just bought myself a Nikon F50 body on ebay for the princley sum of..............£6.70, Im planning to replace/modify one of the pillion pegs on my bike and use it for low level wide angle action shots on rideouts in the spring, and cos it only cost a few quid its pretty much expendable.

Re: Oh no, Ive done it again !

Hey thats an idea, im going to work out a simple target sight so that riders can pull behind me, then line themselves and I can fire a few shots off, obviously being film I need to get it right so as not to got through loads of exposures but its something to think about while the bikes parked up for the winter

Re: Oh no, Ive done it again !

Might attach something to the hotshoe, that way they are looking right toward the lens, just need to get the distance right, plus speed and preferably have the riders cornering or on long sweeping bends etc to add a bit of impact etc..

Re: Oh no, Ive done it again !

I knew it was too good to be true, just got an email from the seller saying that I had sent him a post dated cheque and as such the sale was off and he was relisting it. Well I didnt send a post dated cheque but even if I had you would have thought he could have given me the opportunity to put it right, I am mostly concerned that he has a cheque with my details on it plus my address. So I have contacted Ebay and told em the score and contacted the seller twice this morning but so far no response, I reckon he has realised that he was getting too little for the camera and has tried to wriggle out of the deal so he can relist it and get more for it, all this hassle for a cheap camera body eh ? ah well look on the bright side it just means I get a new digital a bit quicker now I suppose
