Equipment you bought but never use.

Have you ever spent money on any piece of equipment or anything to do with photography and ....well just never used it?

Mine at the moment would be the lee filters which I have about 100 of.................but that is about to change as I embark on stage two of photography hobby.

100 Lee Filters

My 50mm lens doesn't get as much use as I perhaps thought it would and if I'm honest I don't use my monopod as much as I could but that's about it.

Re: Equipment you bought but never use.

You should drag out the 50mm and take some pics of your lovely girls.

Re: Equipment you bought but never use.

I also bought a mono pod, thought it would be a great idea, the reality is that it's no tripod, and I can stand just as still, or pan just as well without it.

Cokin Filters, don't get me started, what a waste of money. Especially the reflections you can get using multiple filters on long exposures.

3D Lens, bought this about 5 or 6 years ago, truly, it sucks.

Bellows and M42 Mount adapter (already had some M42 Lenses), was great for a few days, had much fun with it, then ran out of stuff to use it on, and never really used it since, the thought of this is what stops me buying a Macro Lens.

Reflector, borderline this one, used it a couple of times, but not as much as I should have to justify buying it.

Light tent - had mucho fun with it, and was great for eBay stuff, but can't remember the last time I popped it up

Generator - for outdoor shoots, don't even ask

Alan.
