Home studio

After some serious negotiating, I have managed to get a whole room, for a home studio. It's big, has fab natural light, and I am already plotting my schemes

Carpet is coming up first, and having wood floorboards put down. Curtain rods are going above the windows, with clips so I can change fabrics for backdrops, or completely black out light when I want to light in a certain way. The other end has enough room, for my paper backdrops. My desk, computer, shelving etc, can go in a small alcove. There's a large closet, opposite the door, so great for storage of all my bits and pieces.

So,it's a work in progress, hoping the floor will be done in the next 2 weeks, going to sort out the curtain rails this weekend. Going to having a movable platform that fits in the window area, so can get different floor looks etc, got lots to sort out and decide on, so will probably play it by ear, until I am happy with it.

So week one.....

Will put some more pics up, to show a different perspective later.

Re: Home studio

Isn't it cool Bit excited

Will have to learn this difficult thing called patience which I am useless at, as boring house DIY needs doing too and is more of a priority Doesn't stop me plotting though
