Like this one - great moment & expressions well captured.

Another great capture from that set. I love the way even the horse looks like it is smiling!

I wonder if this mono set would benefit from being a little brighter with a bit more contrast. A simple levels adjustment layer would do the job.

Little me, I kept the background dark on purpose, the people are as light as can take them without burning out the light was really harsh there. I dropped the green channel in the conversion as there was a lot of green reflecting in the water hence the darkness of the background.

Have you tried a little selective bightening on the faces? There looks room to me before blowing.

I think they both work well Ste - you should enter it into some competitions!

I do Azz, entered various exhibitions around the country had my fair share of acceptances. Last one was the Lancashire and Cheshire Photographic Union Annual, entered as I'm a member of a photo club. Did pretty well a 13/15 a few 12/15 and have two prints retained for the folio's.

The folio's are the "best" prints/epi's from the entries and are sent round to all the clubs in the union.
