What do you suggest?
I am looking into getting some sort of editing software......what do you suggest?
I don't want to spend a fortune, so I was thinking Elements 8...??
I want something that is easy and idiot proof to use
I'm due to have an operation on my shoulder at the end of June and will have 2 - 3 months off work, I thought this would be a good chance to learn how to use it!!

Elements 8 is only licenced for 3 computers, whereas Elements 7 is unrestricted useage.

I use elements and it does everything I want it to.

I have just finished a free month trial of elements 8 then gone on to buy 7 and I can't see enough difference to warrant the extra money.

I think I said in another thread it is often great value to buy the last version rather than the current. Elements 7 is a nice bit of software. I have it on my computer at work for quick edit jobs on pics.
