thought i would show one of my better pictures off! this one has just won Picture of the Week on the Calumet website and also came second in Stalybridge Photographic Club's quarterly competition.

Well done on the win, it's an awesome shot - beautiful composition, though for me the sky looks a little unreal. Gorgeous though, really nice in mono too!

nothings been changed on this really, its a HDR converted to mono and then a slight levels adjustment as the clouds seemed to become blown.

HDR tends to create these dramatic skies - I personally love that style but I can see how it can look a little unreal at times.
