I'm afraid the blur and the setting spoil it for me a bit. The setting is a bit distracting. Can you post the exif, to see if we can help work out why it may be blurry?

i took this through the double glazing perhaps this caused the hazy blurr?

I quite like the setting as it adds interest to the picture/ distinguishes it from other pigeon pics but agree the blur is a bit distracting .
