Interesting vehicle Bazza - but I'm not sure about the merit of it as a 'photograph' - the sign to the side of it distracts a lot - and the exposure seems a little... bright? I think perhaps a bit of adjustment in PS could help there.

Good stab though, and it is a lovely looking beast - shame it's been left to mud!

It's a bit soft Bazza but a great subject - looks like you've got focus on the front bumper but then it fades backwards. Was it a wide aperture ?

Where was it ?

The anti poaching sign and the rifle could make for great shots if you return ?

Phil

I was thinking it was a bit soft as well, but I am trying to get photos where I don't have to do any editing, being lazy. I could sharpen it up / edit out bits etc but havn't bothered. The exif file is left for more info. Really my aim is to get it right in the camera first time.

As for returning to deepest Africa out among those wild animals is no mean feat, sleeping high up in trees, avoiding snakes -getting mossie bits- eating grubs like the natives, and all that in Chester Zoo actually, but it sounds great
