Wintering Clematis


Managed to get time to post my images at last. The other half of our trip to Glasgow. Hope you all like them.

That's lovely - has a nice winteriness about it. Our Clematis still has flowers on?! Not sure how they'll fare through the snow though!

Like the shot, we used to call that old mans beard, I like species clematis because it is covered in this fluffy hair during the winter and the birds seem to like it, expect it has seeds and insects among the fluffy bits.
