Re: New camera

Thanks everyone, slowly getting there!!and getting the camera how I want it.

Went into the mountains, and it is bloody heavy when you have to carry it up a mountain!but think I got some okay shots with it.

Think I am going to have to take up weight lifting!

Re: New camera

In actual fact MS, the higher you go up the mountain the lighter the camera becomes. True its because you are that much further away from the centre of the earth so the pull of gravity is less, hence the lighter camera. Not that you would notice it because you need the scientific instruments to find out.

Now wasn't that a useful bit of information but I don't know what you would do with it

Don't Nikons have a weight to gravitational acceleration & centrifuge reading -normally accessed through the altitude menu ?
