Some Zoo Pictures

Well I went to the Zoo last week, the weather was awful so I had to bump the ISO up a bit therefore a few of the images are a little grainy

I love the Lions too Azz - they were great to photograph. They were behind some perspex (?) which was nice in that I didn't have to blur the bars, however it was quite smeared on the outside and I couldn't avoid it in some of the shots

They're all fab but I like the first one of the lioness and also the 7th one best.

As for being grainy - I wouldn't go as far as to say grainy but some of them (the lions apart from the headshot of the lioness) look a bit 'noisier' but as you said it's perhaps the ISO with the background being further away.

they are great greyhawk ! not too grainy for me, heck mind i had to quickly past the spider! that some close up you got there!!

Yes, you can tell on the last pic but imagine that would be easily resolved by bumping up the contrast and saturation a little
