DOF is Depth of Field where the image you're focusing on is clear and the background blurred, the greater the DOF the more the subject stands out (I think that's it!!)

Bokeh come from the japanese word of Boke, which means fuzziness or blur. It's a term referring to distorted out-of-focus areas in an image. Different lens bokeh produces different qualities of in out-of-focus backgrounds, which are often used to emphasize the subject.
