Creepy faces in the fire - & Pumpkins

I was playing around with my camera (guess it must have been the end of last October) and tried taking a few of the flames going up the chimney. It was really just to see what the different shutter speeds made of the moving flames.

Anyway - one of them came out 'sort of' OK but it reminded me of a creepy mask. I played around with the shape of the flames and presto !

Oh - there's a couple of pumpkin shots from the same set - i'd been trying to do some in low light. The last one I was just messing around - I adjusted the zoom during the exposure.
