Crystal Ball.....

Again, not sure if this is the right spot for this - sorry if it is not!

My crystal ball tells me that Spring is on it’s way to this part of the world!
The small frogs are starting to move again after snoozing through the winter,
The small bugs are starting to fly around,
The small birds are getting all territorial
And the #@$8*%& elephants are tearing up the water pipes, something they only do at the driest time of year – Spring!

(Found this little guy - a Foam Nest Tree Frog - climbing out of a pot plant this morning, he must have been sleeping there for the last four months!)

Re: Crystal Ball.....

That's a great image, lovely colour. I think perhaps I find the lens flare a little distracting? Perhaps toning it down a bit would help? But a fab capture nonetheless!

Re: Crystal Ball.....

I love the colours, but I am also very drawn to the lens flare....I like teh idea of it but I think it might be a bit bright.

Its a great picture though

Re: Crystal Ball.....

Really unusual, not sure I actually like it as a picture, but credit where credit is due for something unusual and different. Is the frog actually sitting on the ball or is it photo shopped on? ...and th e same question for the flare too really?

Great picture in it's own right though.

Re: Crystal Ball.....

I think it is a fabulous shot. I love the lens flare effect as it has a sort of 'universal mystery' inside the crystal ball!
